Before you staighten your hair you should put hair spray on it first because it will protect your hair. At Costco they have a straightening shampo and hair spray that will protect your hair. If you need help go to a hair salon and ask someone. Plus you should take a break from straightening your hair because if you keep on doing it then your hair will never get better and just get worse.

you have to use a flat iron product that will help your hair....such as a spray or cream....then taking care of it when you are not styling...like in the tanning bed....at the beach...or in the pool....the sun damages our hair every time we go outside so also using a hair product that has SPF is also a good plan

You should use Paul Mitchell gloss drops they work soo great! Also, Bed Head shine serum workd really good too! You can find these at any beauty supply store. These products prevent frizz, make hair shiny, and prevent it from burning! Good Luck hun

Obviously, stop straightening it everyday with an iron. You can use certain shampoos and conditioners to help protect against damage, but the intense heat will always cause harm.
