You need to by a colour protection shampoo for the colour that your hair is and conditioner to help nourish your hair. A leave-in conditioner is also a good idea. For straightening get a heat protector such as a spray of a leave in cream to stop the heat damaging your hair. All of these you can get from Boots.

Cut ur hair if its damaged. Try not to dye ur hair say like every 2 months. Try dying it once a year. And also, don't straighten ur hair every day because it does damage it. And also, for shampoos, don't use a cheaper brand, get the one that is more famous and expensive.

You can fix your hair and make it healthy again. Although, I rarely recommend that anyone cut his or her hair, in your case, depending on how damaged your hair is, a hair trim may be a good idea. This will give you fresh ends that will enable healthy hair restoration. You can do trim your hair yourself. Just make sure to use the proper technique and purchase a high quality pair of shears.
The next step in your hair restoration process will require you to eat a hair healthy diet, full of eggs, fish, beans, and cheese. You will need to drink plenty of water and take flax oil to flush your system of all the chemicals left in your body from toxins. Also, whip up 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise and 1 egg. Let it remain on your hair for at least an hour. It will hydrate and heal your hair. Also, it will strengthen your roots and strands. Do this at least 2 times a week.
Lastly, I would recommend that you halt coloring and straightening your hair and apply as little heat and chemicals to your hair as possible. To give your hair a salon look and restore its health, without damaging it, I recommend trying A Double Portion Super Hair Growth Shampoo to thicken your hair and prevent any further hair loss and GodHead Emergency Repair Conditioner to rejuvenate your damaged hair. These products are all natural and NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS. Plus, they both will hydrate your hair and infuse your scalp with essential oils made to treat damaged, dry, dull, and lifeless hair. The product also contains moisturizing Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, and Jojoba, which will rejuvenate your strands and make your hair more bouncy, shiny, and healthy. These are all moisturizing hair miracle ingredients. You can get find it at www.discoverb4a.com.
However, I will note that if you are suffering from a scalp condition, such as burns or a fungus, you may need to consult a doctor before taking any action.
