I've straightened my hair so much its fried! HELP!?

i straighten my hair alot and its becomming damaged. every time i get a hair cut split ends come bac quickly and my baby hairs in the front break. what are some products i can use to fix my damaged hair!?

Don't straighten it everyday. I will fall out and would be weak. Wash your hair with a type of shampoo that makes your hair smooth and very strong.

if you are going to straighten your hair every day, i would start with heat protection spray (ie: Beyond the Zone - Turn Up the Heat sold at Sally Beauty Supply) then straighten with a creamic flat iron, you would be best to use one with a negative ion activator or tourmaline (a natural crystal, naturally produces negative ions) this will help to seal the cuticle and lock in moisture.

you will also need to use a deep conditioner.. Sally Beauty Supply also carries Loreal's Feria conditioner tubes, i recomend leaving this conditioner on only 2-5 min. under a processing cap, you WILL feel the difference.

maybe try a hot oil treatment. the more you straighten your hair the more you have to treat it.

Chi makes a iron gaurd to protect your hair. Its not that expensive either. You can also get a deep conditioning treatment put on your hair. Its not very expensive either. and i would also have your ends trimed as well to get rid of some of the breakage.Redken also makes a product called Anti snap that would be really good to use.

leave your hair as it is now. do not figit more with it. let the pores of your hair breathe. you should oil your hair regularly and apply egg on it if you can.
