How do you straighten your hair without a straightener?

i don't have time to buy a straightener right now, and i want to straighten my hair. i just got my hair layered, so i need my hair to be straight. is there any way to do so, without the straightener, or all those staightening creams? any natural way?

Nothing "natural" will completely "straighten" your hair. However. This can EASILY be done with a good brush and a blowdryer... I am a curly haired chic too and I did this for years. It's REALLY easy once you get the hang of it.

I have also have great sucess with a product called Matrix SLEEK LOOK brand shampoo and conditioner. If you are short on funds, JUST buy the conditioner and use a non cream shampoo. Even suave will do.

As far as NATURAL wonders, you can use baking soda in your shampoo to make it work better and you can beer as a rinse for your hair to make it extra sleek and shiny. I know what you are thinking...... NO - Your hair will NOT smell like Beer once it is dry. I promise.

Keep in mind, if you use one of those "easy" chemical straigteners (from Walgeens or Walmart) you need to make sure you want to do this. They are highly damageing, can make your hair very VERY flat, and can also strip colored hair........ Think twice before you do this.

I can't think of a natural way to completely straighten your hair. Its best just to buy a quality flat iron and do it every other day or try stretching it out between washings.

just use the iron box to straight ur hair..it works just perfect...and i think its the best way to do it..i dont have a straightner cuz it costs too much money..so i use teh iron box.. and it works perfect like a straightner on my hair..but remember to use the appropriate heat settings for ur hair!!!

round brush

what to do:

(hair should be a little bit wet)

take the round brush and wrap some hair around it then curl it to the top

take the blowdryer and bring the brush down ( while brushing hair) and follow the brush with the dryer

do that for all parts of your hair and it should be staright

but i suggest a straightener the only cost 15-25 dollars at walmart and they only take 5 minutes!
