I want to get bangs but i have thick natural african american hair with NO perm?

is that going to look good? of course im gonna get my hair straightened, but still.....

o yeah and i was gonna bleach and dye my hair n sum of my bangs purple with a drugstore kit

any advice on dye.bleach or bangs 4 me?

First things first...you go girl going natural...i give you props!

Second of all you can fake bangs...even if they are not cut....all you need to do is take a section from the crown closet to the hairline with a ratail comb...then you use a blowdryer and a round brush to smooth them under and use a little gloss that will help..then you can curl them with a curling iron or use a flat iron to bump them under or over to the side...good luck hope this helps
